First. Check the app and go into Get Alerts / Subscribe and make sure it shows “Restricted Access.” This will show that you are a subscriber in the app. That is what we want to see.
If you are a Stripe, PayPal or Facebook subscriber and have gone into the “Read Alerts” section of the app and confirmed that they are not showing, create a support ticket here on our support system.
The GHScanner Alerts are also data / web based. If you are in an area that has spotty cell phone data coverage, you may not get the alerts until you are in an area that has better coverage.
