For those of you that are using our GHScanner Alerts App (2024) and are on iPhone, we have figured out that some users tend to stop getting alerts even though they were getting them. We believe the cause to be the operating system of the phone is putting the app to sleep, causing you to stop getting alerts. You can go into your sleep settings and set the app to no go to sleep, or you can make sure to periodically go into the app, check notifications and then back out - seems users get alerts after doing so.
